What's included in my subscription?
You will enjoy 2 sets of semi-cured gel nails, delivered monthly. Our Head Nail Trend Curator, personally selects from a range of classic and trending styles that will suit you!!
Do I receive a discount being a member of the VIP nail club?
Yes, of course! All VIP's receive 10% off every monthly order ensuring that you are getting the best value.
Can I change the monthly selection to a different set, if I don't like what has been chosen?
Yes! You will receive an email notifying you of our selection for the month. If you would like to change the selection, simply login to your account, and swap the selection to your desired choice. Unfortunately, if you miss the time frame allocated in the email, we won't be able to change it.
When will my monthly nails arrive?
This is based on your subscription and when you register. It will roll over every month at the same time. Once your payment has been processed, your nails will be dispatched within 48 hours.
What happens if I miss a payment?
We will follow up if payment is not processed. Your nails won't be shipped until payment is received.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time, by providing us with 1 month notice.
